1. Scope and Acceptance

When using our services to apply for or manage Facebook Business accounts or enterprise services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
• All business credentials and information you provide are accurate and lawful;
• You comply with Facebook/Meta policies where applicable.

3. Services

Services may include (as agreed in contract):

• Assistance in applying for and configuring Facebook Business accounts, ad accounts and permissions;
• Data integration: Pixel/SDK setup, event server integration, audience sync and reporting;
• Development and delivery of intelligent customer service, marketing solutions and industry foundation models;
• Hosting, maintenance, consulting and technical support.

4. User Obligations & Compliance

You must use our services lawfully, not submit unlawful or infringing content, obtain necessary consents for personal data processing, and follow platform rules (including Facebook's).

5. Intellectual Property

All website content, code, documentation and materials provided by us (unless otherwise agreed) are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without authorization.

6. Third-party Services

Our services may integrate third-party platforms, including Facebook/Meta. Such third parties have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party compliance beyond contractual obligations.

7. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, services are provided "as is" and we disclaim implied warranties (including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). We are not liable for consequences arising from changes to third-party platform policies (e.g., Facebook).

8. Limitation of Liability

Except as required by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited as set out in the service contract.

We may suspend or terminate services if you breach these Terms or the service contract. Upon termination, data and access will be handled according to the contract and Privacy Policy.

Where services incur fees, terms of payment, refunds and third-party ad spend handling will be governed by the relevant contract or third-party rules.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent court where the company is located unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted and the effective date updated. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
